What is Jackson FBC?
Reach
Our purpose as a church begins with our commitment to reach people where they are in life. Jesus taught us to go everywhere (Luke 14:23) with the light of the Gospel (John 8:12). Our commitment is to share the good news of Jesus locally, nationally, and globally, both in person and online.
TEACH
Our heart as a church is to train people how to live out their faith in Jesus Christ. We do this through the lens of our core values, which comes directly from the teaching of God’s Word (II Timothy 3:16-17). Our commitment is to always teach God’s Word in every venue of ministry, including gatherings for worship, connect groups, and fellowship opportunities.
Develop
We are committed to developing those we reach into disciple makers (Matthew 28:18-20). Our core values reflect the six-fold process we follow that ensures that people who are a part of JFBC are developing in their walk with Christ (II Peter 3:18).
SEND
We are called to send those who are developing onto the world stage for the purpose of reaching others (Acts 1:8). You will always find JFBC sending people all around the world beginning in our local community and extending into our state, nation, and beyond.
