What Is Going On At JFBC?

Re-opening JFBC

We are slowly getting back into the swing of things here at Jackson First Baptist.  Know that your safety is our first priority and we are taking necessary steps to keep our facilities clean for the sake of our members and guests.

If you have any questions or concerns about events or our facilities, just let us know.

All services will still be online for those that are not able to attend in person.

Nursery will re-open August 16th.

Under Georgia law, there is no liability for any injury or death of an individual entering our premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risk of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering the premises.

The  Essentials

2020 has been a year of unprecedented challenges in the physical, financial, and emotional realms. Most importantly, this year has challenged the strength of our spirituality. Everyone, both believers and non-believers, either consciously or sub-consciously has a ranking system in place that they use to determine what they pursue, add, and keep in their lives. It might look something like this: a wanted luxury, a wanted nicety, something somewhat wanted, a need, a “kind of” need, and lastly, an essential.

Men's  Breakfast  &  Bible Study

The more time we spend with good men, the better man we become.  A men's group provides community, connection and accountability and is one of the most powerful investments you can make in yourself.  We meet and bond over eggs, pancakes and Bible study, but it does not stop there - from work to relationships, this will affect every part of your life.

We have resumed meeting, so make plans to study with us every Wednesday morning at 6:00 AM

The  Search

In times of crisis, people are forced out of the normal and into the uncomfortable.  It has been said that in times of comfort, people are sometimes nudged into doing things "out of the box."  However, in times of crisis the box gets blown up.  Join us on September 6th, as we begin the search to find true answers for the mess we are in.

The book that accompanies this series is available here.
