What is going on at Jackson First Baptist?

A lot!

Here is where you can find out:

WHAT is going on, WHERE we are ministering and HOW you can serve.

Wednesday Nights in July will be set aside to slow down with your family.  You can discover new friends in the church and deepen relationships with those you already know.  We will do this through a variety of weekly family focused activities, and it will also provide the perfect opportunity for you to invite others to a friendly connection time within GOD's church.  Join us and just relax this summer with activities to refresh you and folks that will uplift you.

Reality:  The Journey From Bondage to Blessing

Beginning June 9th, we will start a new series entitled, "Reality:  The Journey From Bondage to Blessing."

This in depth look at the book of Numbers will help us to understand the story of GOD's people as

they moved from bondage in Egypt to the blessings promised them long before.

Just like the children of Israel, we have been promised blessings.  In spite of

your pain

your sins

your trials

GOD is there to move you from your bondage to His blessings.

Visit our bookstore to order your copy of Reality.

Lies Men Believe and the Truth That Sets Them Free

Like a seasoned angler, our enemy opens his tackle box and selects the lure most likely to attract his intended prey—usually the one you and I are least likely to consider harmful. Each lie we bite on causes us to feel pain, lose or injure relationships, and miss out on the abundant life that God wants us to have. Lies Men Believe exposes the lies that men most commonly believe, and shows you how to combat those lies with the truth.

Lies Women Believe and the Truth That Sets Them Free

This study spotlights forty-five lies commonly believed by Christian women—lies about God, themselves, priorities, emotions, marriage, parenting, and more. And it offers the only means to challenge, counter, and overcome deception—the Truth.
